LivingVillage is a project in its very early stages of implementation, and will eventually be a very
complex 'civilisation simulator', following the growth, grouping and dispersal of simulated villages and
cultures under the influences of politics, geography, social interaction and so on.
The terrain-generation has been 99% completed, and the population generator is ready, but there is a
lot of work that needs to go into handling the interactions between each individual and his / her
neighbours and surroundings.

At the end of each 'day cycle', the attributes and circumstances of each individual will be played against
the attributes of the people around them (and a whole host of as-yet unplanned factors) and they will modify
their behaviour / location / personality accordingly. It will be a challenge to figure out exactly how to
represent all this data, but it will be great to see the ebb-and-flow of the 'living village' as each
little character is pulled from place to place by influences beyond their control.
It will be difficult finding time for such an ambitious project, but the results could be quite interesting
and entertaining, and it is hoped that work on this project will resume before long... *hint for funding*
